Who I am
Being born in Berlin and raised by a single-parent immigrant, finances always used to be an important topic in my life. I have made my experiences with different assets and found my passion in real estates. Now I am sharing my knowledge with my clients while pursuing my goal of a long-term successful self-employment. I help and advise my clients in all topics from bank accounts, health insurances, pension and investment plans and most importantly on finding, purchasing and financing the right property.
How I work
The most important criteria for me is to be able to offer my clients sophisticated financing solutions to achieve their goals. At the same time I don’t want to limit myself on the topics I can help with and don’t want to be dependent on any other person regarding the way I consult clients and operate. Therefore I decided to work with the Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG, which provides me with all necessary platforms, information, tools and even employed experts for different topics, who I can book for consultationts if needed while giving me full freedom in the way I work and consult clients.
Who I work with
Offering a good support around the purchase and maintenance of real estates to me also means to have solid network of real estate agents, constructors, architects etc. I share my office with two former collegues from Berliner Sparkasse, who share my interest of real estate financing.
The office I work in is a shared office of around 30 advisors, all working with the Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG and all having their own expertise like health insurances, company pension plans etc.
The two partners I work closest with and who would represent me in case of unexpected unavailability are:
Mr. Benjamin Rube, who looks on a professional past as a private client advisor at the Berliner Sparkasse and as a mortgage advisor at Interhyp.
Mr. Tobias Wagner gained further experiences in insurances by running an own agency at Zurich Insurance Inc. after leaving Berliner Sparkasse and joined our team in late 2022. Finishing the Immocation Masterclass he gained much experience in investment properties and access to a large network of investors who are constantly sharing options to buy and sell properties.

Berliner Sparkasse - Vocational Education
Moving out of my parental home at the age of 16 without receiving any support I finished highschool in 2013 and started studying Business Administration at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin. Facing financial difficulties I decided in 2014 to leave university and gain a foothold in the professional world.

Berliner Sparkasse - Private Client Consultant
After 22 months, I graduated as a banker (Bankkaufmann, IHK) and worked in different branches all over Berlin to gain experience with all kind of costumers and their needs.

Commercial Mortgage Analyst & Further Education
Pursuing my passion in real estate I moved jobs internally to become a credit risk manager for commercial real estate financing where I worked on applications and monitored a portfolio of ~300 mio. Euro ofmortgages and simultaneously started the specialisation to become a "Sparkassenfachwirt".

Bank Business Economy
In 2020 I started a part-time study programme alongside the job to further specialise in banking and finished it graduiting as a Banking Economist (Bankbetriebswirt, BankColleg).

Self-Employment - Mortgage Consultant
After I made experiences in real estate financing and having learnt strategies from different investors I decided to use my skills to help clients by working as a self employed financing consultant. Since I have all qualifications I didn't want to restrict myself purely to mortgages but be able to offer financial solutions on various topics.
