With over 10 years of experience in financial consultation, investing in mutual funds (ETFs), single stocks and real estate, business planning, financial analysis of real estate, Alex has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand investors situations and goals and craft the most suitable solutions.

Before founding alexfinance.berlin in mid 2022, Alex worked at Berliner Sparkasse in different positions. He found his passion for real estate its investment potential analysis as a credit risk manager for mortgages for medium to large sized investors.

There he processed mortgage applications of private individuals and companies, of Germany based and foreign investors and monitored a portfolio of mortgages of around 350 million Euro spread over 50-100 costumers of the bank.

He gained comprehensive knowledge and experience during the following tasks:

  • Independent assessment of risks after analyzing and evaluating creditworthiness and property
  • Creation of internal real estate ratings
  • Creation of decision-ready credit templates/resubmissions in the “SME commercial real estate financing” segment
  • Preparation of loan and collateral agreements
  • Processing and monitoring of an assigned portfolio including risk monitoring over the entire life cycle of a credit exposure
