Once we know your budget you will be able to look for the right property.
We provide you with the knowledge you need to recognize a good deal and assist your search. We will discuss the properties you are interested in together and check the values.
Having found the perfect property we check how the interest rates have changed since the budget check. Only when you have a specific property and purchase price you want to finance we will be able to calculate the final mortgage conditions.
After you chose the bank that makes the best offer for your individual constellation we collect all documents of you and the property that particular bank requires.
On the day we send them he application with all requested documents the inerest rate is reserved.
The bank checks the documents and makes an own valuation of the property. Once they approve the application they automatically send you the contract with a few days period to sign it.
The financing is now guaranteed. You may now sign the purchase contract.

The direct contact to the mortgage underwriter helps me to make complicated cases or those which banks usually don’t finance like Blue Card holders possible.
